Submissions We accept contributions of the following form:
All papers should be original contributions, not accepted or submitted elsewhere. Papers are peer-reviewed. High quality papers will be published according to their review ranking in the Lecture Notes on Computer Science (LNCS) series of Springer Verlag. Selected papers will be included in the conference proceedings. All contributions must be submitted electronically via electronic Paper Submission System. Requirements for papers in LNCS We can only accept electronic submissions in Postscript, PDF, or RTF format. The papers should have a maximum length of 12 pages. Authors are encouraged to follow the Springer style for multi-author books and proceedings, available from the Springer site. For Latex please use llncs2e.zip and for Microsoft Word word.zip files. The file typeinst.pdf provides additional instructions. Final papers should be uploaded via the submission system, using the user-id and password used so far and mentioned also in the acceptance mail. Final versions of accepted
research papers must be accompanied
by a signed copyright
form for LNCS. The
copyright form must be signed by at least one of the authors. Papers
without signed copyright
form cannot be published. Please complete the form, sign it and send by

The papers do not have to be in a certain format but the Springer style available from the Springer site is preferable: Springer style for multi-author books and proceedings. We kindly ask you to add a summary of 1-2 pages in English at the end of your paper. These summaries will be translated in Lithuanian and published in the conference proceedings. Final versions of accepted papers
for conference proceedings must be
